Thought of posting an old writing about an advertiment, I know I'm late, but then better late than never.
I was a bit dissappointed to see Aamir Khan asking us to pause or record live matches in our tata sky plus recently. I do understand the feature of the product, but I'm sorry to say that this particular way of describing the advantage is a bit more than unimaginative. Moreover, Aamir Khan, who is known to have an eye for details, ignoring such an important thing is just not done.
All you sports lovers know the impact of a live versus a recorded match. You'd never want to pause a live match and chat over phone and then watch the recorded version! And when exactly do you see this recorded portion? Logically after the end of the match? No point seeing it after the call and missing another part of the live match for sure? Then what is the point after all? We have numerous replays, highlights going on and on in various channels, why tata shy plus?
Come on Aamir! We know you better than that. The focus should have been on recording your wifes soaps while watching live matches. Not the other way round.
